Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Wrong size, wrong item, or damaged on arrival

If we sent the wrong size or style, or your order arrived damaged, we'll cover return shipping and send a prepaid label no restocking fee.

Change of mind

For all other returns (wrong choice, no longer wanted), a 15% restocking fee applies to unused items returned within the 30-day window. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in this case.

How to start a return

Email info.hazardtheworld@gmail.com with your order number, name, shipping address, and the reason for the return. We'll reply with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
